APARTMENT
Second floor apartment with modern appliances, including a washer/dryer in unit. It's a small 4 unit quiet building with lovely neighbors, and roof access with stunning views of lower Manhattan.
- Bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment, feels private
- Strong wifi
- Furnished with lots of storage space, a large desk and comfy bed
- Unfortunately, not suited for couples, kids or pets
NEIGHBORHOOD
Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill/Columbia Waterfront is the best in Brooklyn! Great bars and restaurants, I have lots of recs. The bike path leading directly to Brooklyn Bridge Park is across the street with a Citi bike dock across the street. The park is just a few minute bike or walk away.
A few stand out local spots: Cafe Spaghetti, Swooneys, Lucali, Poppys, Brooklyn Farmacy & Soda Fountain, Mazzola Bakery, Jalopy Theatre.
TRANSPORTATION
-Carroll Street on the F and G is the closest stop, it's about a 12 min walk.
-The B61 bus is a block away and takes you to all major subway lines in downtown Brooklyn in 10-15 minutes
-The NYC Ferry is a few blocks away takes you up and down the East River to various points in Brooklyn and Pier 11 in Manhattan.
