You’ve found the perfect spot. You’ve figured out the menu. Maybe you’ve even picked the flowers. Now comes the fun part: setting the table.
But before you buy twenty wine glasses, a stack of plates, and serving pieces you’ll somehow need to store afterward, consider renting.
For smaller gatherings, dinner parties, celebrations, and intimate brand events, renting tableware is an easy way to make the table feel special without buying an entire collection of pieces you may only use once.
Why Rent Instead of Buy?
There’s something nice about having the right pieces for the occasion without having to own them all.
Renting gives you access to beautiful glassware, serveware, linens, and decorative pieces without the cost (or commitment) of buying everything yourself. And when the last guest leaves, you don’t have to figure out where twenty wine glasses are going to live.
It also gives you a chance to use pieces you might not normally reach for. Vintage-inspired glassware, silver serving pieces, unique trays, sculptural candleholders - the details that make a table feel collected and personal.
What Can You Rent?
We’re less interested in matching sets and more interested in pieces that work beautifully together. Our collection includes:
- Dinnerware rentals — plates and other pieces to build out your place settings
- Serveware rentals — trays, platters, bowls, and pieces for serving everything from dinner to passed bites
-
Drinkware rentals — wine glasses, coupe glasses, carafes, and more
- Decor rentals — candleholders, vases, and little details that bring the table together

How Much Do You Actually Need?
This is one of the best parts about renting: you can order exactly what makes sense for your gathering.
Start with your guest count, then think through how you’ll actually be serving. Will everyone have a wine glass? Are you serving cocktails? Do you need a separate glass for water? Are you passing appetizers or serving everything family-style?
And don’t forget the pieces that tend to get overlooked - serving platters, trays, bowls, carafes, and anything else that will make hosting easier once everyone arrives.
For smaller gatherings, we generally recommend thinking through the flow of the meal rather than simply ordering a set number of everything.
You Don’t Have to Rent Everything
One of our favorite ways to use rentals is to mix them with pieces you already own.
Maybe you have a set of everyday white plates you love. Keep them. Add vintage-inspired wine glasses, a silver tray, linen napkins, and a few beautiful candleholders.
Or use your own serving boards and bring in a few special pieces just for the occasion.
The table doesn’t need to look perfectly matched. In fact, we think it’s better when it doesn’t.
The Details Matter
A good table doesn’t have to be complicated.
Sometimes it’s a beautiful glass. Sometimes it’s a silver tray filled with appetizers. Sometimes it’s a candleholder in the middle of the table that makes everyone look a little more flattering over dinner.
Those small details are what make a gathering feel considered without feeling overly done.
That’s really what we’re after: pieces that help you create a table that feels like you.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Book early if there’s a specific piece you have your eye on. Our collection is intentionally small and curated, so popular pieces may have limited availability.
- Think about the whole table. You don’t need everything to match, but choosing pieces that complement one another will make the table feel cohesive.
- Consider how you’ll use each piece. A coupe isn’t just for champagne — it can also be a beautiful way to serve a small dessert, appetizer, or bite.
- Ask for help! If you have a general idea of what you want but aren’t sure which pieces go together, reach out. We’re happy to help you pull it together.
